Question 1
Some standard interview questions such as "Tell me why you applied to this role" and some standard policy questions such as "What is happening in children's policy right now?" Overall, though, the line of questioning felt disconnected and robotic.

Interview
First interview was with 3 people, one the PA of the Commissioner, one was from HR and one was head of a Policy Unit.
Was called back to second interview with short notice, very informal, met the head of Policy Unit in person, as well as head of Policy and Public Affairs.
