Informelle Anbahnung über LinkedIn, daraufhin freundliches Interview mit Fragen zu Antrieb, "Warum choco" und Vorstellung der Arbeitsperspektive. Es wurde ein Rollenspiel für einen Salesprozess durchgeführt. Es gab reichlich Freiraum für alle Fragen und ein persönliches Kennenlernen.
