No standard process. They varied the interview process as per their own will. There is a American guy who control this company from US. I have 1 technical round on skype. Then in 2nd round, American Guy and one more person from INDIA were supposed to take my interview face to face on Tuesday. But American guy was fly to Bangalore so they change it to skype round on Tuesday. No skype call on Tuesday. I have taken leave for that. They again schedule it on Wednesday, then only person from INDIA came to skype and take technical round. Recruiter said it was the final round and they will release the offer. But it was all lie. I got a call from recruiter to have another face to face in GGN (Final Technical Round) I again taken a leave and went for GGN. There, first round is taken by person who already taken my round in 2nd round. I have no information about this at all. Now finally, the American guy came and take final technical round. And between the process, that American Guy asked me whether am i looking for other company or offers ? I said I have already an offer. Then that guy said then we have nothing much to talk about and leaves the interview room. I saw that American guy to have chat with HR. Then HR came and told me that I will get back to you. Recruiter never game me the feedback there are 2 more pending candidates. They are wasting your time and money. Thats it. I loss my 20,000 as I have on Notice Period and taken leave for 3 days for this BAD company. It’s the recruiter who keep saying they liked your profile and all. All things were lame. Please note that I have already told them that I have an offer. But they have no intentions to hire anyone instead of wasting time and money. Now, I didn’t hear from that recruiter. Now he is gone. Please be cautious about this company. This company already has too many bad reviews. And they seems to be all true. ZERO RATING FROM MY SIDE TO THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PEOPLE AND THE RECRUITER.
