Simple, quick, personality-oriented. They asked questions mostly about who you are, not so much about qualifications. I was hired on the spot, as were several others. It was a smooth process and training shifts were scheduled on the same day.

Very simple process overall. I dropped off my resume in person and had a very laid back interview with the manager on the spot. I was hired a few days later and started right away.
