The interview is a three-step process.
1. 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter.
2. 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager.
3. Three hour in-person interview with 6 different team members, two team members at a time.
The first two steps follow a typical interview format and they ask the typical interview questions. The third step is fun and challenging. They give you some homework prior to the interview and ask that you be ready for a role-playing exercise. The interviewers immediately offer constructive feedback, which is refreshing! Throughout the interview, they ask you to give examples of things you have experienced that relate to the questions they ask. They are very adamant that you give scenarios, how you handled them, and how you overcame.
I highly recommend taking a lot of time to think about specific situations in your work life and be able to speak to how those situations made you better or will make you a good team member.
