I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ChowNow in Jan 2014
Interview
A fantastic recruiter found me on Linkedin. I responded a bit late and took a while to set a call with him as I already had a gig I was busy with. I followed up with him, we had a call the next day which took almost 2 hours but a great conversation that consisted of a series of scenario questions from past positions. I was then told I was being passed to the company and if the director of sales had an interest I would be contacted. The next day I set a call with the director of sales and was sent a personality assesment test that took 45 mins. The following day was my call and prior the recruiter totally prepped me including had me build a powerpoint as I was going to be doing a role play. I had a brief conversation the next day initially with the director of sales and didn't even really feel like an interview and then did a role play via skype. Two days later I received a call with a job offer.

I tried to break the ice and be inviting but the recruiter seemed to be having a bad day and wasn't very inviting or engaging. I'm not sure if anyone else had a similar experience.
