Interview
The process was very extensive. It included a detailed and a lengthy assignment and multiple interview rounds. However, the HR and senior leadership was mostly unresponsive. You’ll only receive an update after multiple follow ups and phone calls to the HR. No feedback is given on your assignment but there’s a high possibility of your ideas being utilised, without you being credited for it.

Not sure about the quality of work, and internal processes. But I'm damn sure about one thing and that is - the HR will conveniently forget to respond to you, especially when your candidature didn't fall through. They will make you complete extensive assignments - in my case, twice, and not have the decency to revert unless you drop them a nasty email. isn't it the HR's job to tell you, especially if you didn't get the job? And you've taken that time to complete assignments? What if they use your ideas? And the multiple sheets you created for them. Basically handed social metric trackers to them on a silver platter. Not that they wouldn't have known how to create one, but still. A complete waste of my time!
I really do hope you find someone though! I'm not evil, just pissed that you have inefficient HR employees working for your brand!
