It went fine. There were a total of two interviews. I decided to go with another company instead. The first interview was with the assistant general manager and the second was with the gym manager

Expect at least 2 interviews. Questions were a little difficult for a job at the gym. I had an interview over the phone, in person with the Assistant General Manager, and then one with the Manager.

Interview
Quite lengthy. Took about 2 maybe 3 weeks in total. After getting past the resume stage, if they liked you they connected with you to set up an interview. The first interview was fast and short. Only took about 7 minutes. After the first interview, they called you in for a second after about a week. This interview was about an hour and a half long. They really want to get to know you as a person before offering the job. After that interview, the hiring manager contacted all of your references. Easy peasy but it did take awhile so be patient.
