This was one of the best interviews I've ever had. It started non-traditionally, with the recruiter engaging in small talk about mood and how everyone was feeling, rather than the usual introductory script. The order of questions was lively and not standard. The recruiter herself was incredibly positive, pleasant, empathetic, and lively in conversation. It was clear that she wasn't just doing her job but doing a job she loved. She covered all the main points and answered my questions clearly and enthusiastically. Working with people like her is incredibly inspiring, so she "sold me" the company. Unfortunately, the next day, they hired another candidate who had already completed the test task well. It's a shame, of course, but I hope our paths cross in the future.
