I applied in person at a computer located at the job site. The application took about 45 minutes to fill out. It was a standard application with a personality type quiz interview. I received a call from one of the managers about a week later to see if I was interested in coming in for an interview. On the day of the interview, I was seated in the lounge area with multiple other applicants. The hiring manger proceeded to introduce himself, reviewed the position responsibilities, and then we proceeded in a group interview. we sat around a table and took turns responding to the same interview questions.

Please tell us why do you would like to work here?
Pretty simple, they asked the generic interview questions and also things like what’s your favorite movie, where do you see yourself in 5 years, and also what skills would you bring to the cinemark family.

Sat on a chair in the lobby to be interviewed by a manager. It was during business hours with customers passing by and other workers. There were others waiting on chairs to be interviewed

Interviewed by two guys who asked pretty basic questions. I don't really know what else to say other than it was average and they were understanding of my nervousness. I was nervous as it was only my third interview and there were two older men interviewing me.
