I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2012
Interview
First was an interview by HR. Second, there was a personality/IQ/managerial situational test. Third, there was an interview by the General Manager and a plant tour. After about one and a half weeks, I received an email stated I had not been selected.

Question 1
What is an example of a time when you had to deal with people who didn't necessarily want to be doing what you were directing?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
