This was a 3 step interview process, first was a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. Questions were related specifically to experience for 20 minutes, they did ask for a salary range. My second interview was in their Mason, OH offices with the recruiter, and another person who was listed as "Talent Management-Recruiter". This interview was about 45 minutes and included a deeper review of my experience. I shared a portfolio, which I highly recommend. I guess the most disappointing part of the process is that I drove to their office for an in-person interview, and was never contacted afterward. It has been over 45 days, and during the interview their timeline to identify a candidate for the next step of interviews was within 2 weeks. Most companies will at least send you a computer-generated notification. I felt like after going through the trouble to prepare a portfolio, a phone screen and meeting in-person with 2 Cintas employees from the HR department, I would have at least received a response.
