I applied online and was asked to come in for an initial interview, that I was thought to be a potential fit for the position. I interviewed with 4 service managers, the GM, and participated in a ride-along. It felt as though they really wanted to make sure they hired the right person to avoid turnover and achieve longevity with an employee...big selling point

Question 1
STAR oriented interview, as well as, "what do you expect from an employer as well as an employee?"
"Give three reasons why Cintas should hire you."
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
