Super professional process! First interview with recruiter by phone. Second and third interview with managers via video. Final interview with GM. The experience was outstanding and very fair. I was highly impressed with the facility and culture of Cintas.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer?
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
