Process was long, but gave great insight to what the job entails. The ride along was basically a day on the job driving from business to business. My mentor was great and very enthusiastic.

Tell me about yourself and why you would be a good fit at Cintas
Take a lot of time reviewing each candidate. Great company to get started with. First round phone call, then zoom, then in person if allowed, then GM, then district manager, then VP

Interview
Answered a LinkedIn message from the hiring manager and spoke on the phone. That went well so I was passed on to the recruiter and then we set up an in person interview with the hiring manager. Went to the in person interview and was there for about an hour. As far as I understood, it went very well. Hiring manager was really trying to sell the company and told me I would hear from them about next steps by a certain day. Next steps would have been Skype with higher up and then shadowing a morning meeting, going on a ride along and interviewing with the GM. Everyone was very nice throughout the process but after the in person interview I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and rude.
