I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Pembroke Pines, FL) in Sept 2023
Interview
The process took about a month from when I met the recruiter at a job fair at University. Each interview (I believe there were about 5 because I interviewed with a number of branches in different locations) were about 30 minutes. The staff that interviewed me were exceptionally kind and knowledgable. Great interview!

Interview
This was my first interview with the company for the role. I spoke with an HR manager. It was a very relaxed call. She explained her background and the position. She allowed me to ask some brief questions as well. I then spoke about my background and why I was excited about this position. She asked me to go deeper and explain some more information.

STAR based answers. A lot of situational questions and they rate based on Specific, Task, Action, and result. All in all, they were very nice from the screening to gm and to the director.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Wayne, IN) in Mar 2024
Interview
Was very lengthy. I would say each interview lasted 45 minutes to an hour. Four-step process including Zoom, in-person, and phone calls. They explained the job well and told me the career paths I could go afterward. Was professional and I got a tour of the facilities.
