I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Mar 2025
Interview
I met with HR, then hiring managers, and then the current management trainee. They asked fairly specific interview questions. They seemed to have a friendly office. They follow a book that the founders wrote, I would look into it to see what their values are.

Question 1
What are your two greatest achievements and why?
When was a time you felt emotional about a decision at work?
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
