1 critical thinking problem, 3 coding questions: HTML, CSS, basic control flow. The code was written in java or vb.net. The code had multiple points of exit and was dependent on the input.

Interview
Fairly standard programming interview. A couple get to know you questions followed by a walkthrough and write up of some basic code. The interviewers were very nice and were content with me writing my code in Java rather than VB.NET. It was a very laid back feeling interview and went well for me. TIP: Since the company has casual dress they seemed really impressed that I wore a full suit to my interview.

Interview
First you will have a 30 minute phone interview. This will mostly ask you about your personality and ambitions. They will also ask about what kind of experience you have. If you pass the phone interview, you will be invited to come in for a technical interview. If you pass the technical interview, sometimes you will meet with the CEO of the company. He will talk to you and decide whether or not you're a good fit for the company.

You are given 12 balls and a scale. Of the 12 balls, 11 are identical and 1 weighs EITHER slightly more or less. How do you find the ball that is different using the scale only three times AND tell if it is heavier or lighter than the others?
