Zoom call where I was asked some very discriminating questions and when I declined to respond they became agitated. I promptly ended the call.

They asked to demonstrate that I could connect with and interact (motivate) a staff who were racially divergent from myself. (white) Basically, could I understand and appreciate their cultural differences.

It was a one on one interview. Questions revolved around my ability to work under pressure, leave a task and return to it later, willingness to work very long hours, honesty, how I would deal with angry customers, what I thought was important in a convenience store worker, and my awareness of local laws governing the sale of alcohol and tobacco
