The Initial interview was by phone with the recruiter. It was followed by an assessment center a few days later. The assessment center involved a group of all the candidates, who applied for the position, a writing assessment, telephone sales role-play, one:one interview with one of the managers and a team member.

Good and very descriptive, very compelling- 3 rounds - PResentation round, role play and personal interview. It all happened the same day and the results were announced a week later. So overall a very good experience
