Cisco managers love to interview candidates who have worked there before. If you have knowledge of Cisco culture, you are almost guaranteed an interview. Make sure you leave on good terms though. Their HR system keeps track of your positions and former managers feedback.

First call was with HR, basic question about your background to see if you match their JD baseline.
Second interview is with direct report
Third call was being cancelled, as they remove this position, but in fact, they change the job function from full time to contractor, and reached out to me again to see if I would be interested???

Received an email with an online interview
Online interview with 2 team members. I think they were a team lead and a supervisor.
Another online interview with a department manager and another department manager
Then I got ghosted.
