There was an initial screening interview discussing basic career questions and asking about future plans and why Cisco, etc. The second round interview was with the manager and it was over the phone and very informal. Half the questions were behavioral and half of them were technical.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Cisco (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Virtual interview process, relatively simple and seamless. Your direct hiring manager will be conducting the interview for the program once applied. I personally interviewed with three people at once, primarily getting a feel for me personally rather than professionally. They weren't difficult questions, but had me thinking on my toes to coax the most truthful answers. Right away, the interviewers made the environment relaxed and de-stressed the situation, points for making it easy!
