Interview
Applied online and took a 3 question code exam and was given 90 minutes to complete. Questions were fairly easy questions about string manipulation.
Received a request to interview later in the week. I met with 2 different people for 30-minute interviews. First interview just went over my resume and 2nd interview was a technical interview. We talked about process vs threads and about heaps. Then we went into a website where I asked to write some code to solve a problem.

Question 1
How would you tell whether these two unsorted arrays are the same array?
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
