I applied in-person. I interviewed at City Wide Facility Solutions (Marlborough, MA)
Interview
3 step process. Phone interview, and 2 in person interviews. Typical interview with a panel at the end of the process. Ghosted. Told me they would get back with days and still haven’t heard back. Shows a lot about what they’re about.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at City Wide Facility Solutions (Kansas City, KS)
Interview
Had to pass a personality test 1st, then interview with HR manager. Very friendly and easy interview. Except- was told the Dir of Ops position wasn't open for another 6 months and they like to promote from within and wanted me to accept a manager role for 6 months- $30K less. Was told the average tenure of managers currently is running 7-8 years. I wish I was told up front. Disappointing to find this out during the interview. (Why would they promote me to Dir of Ops over a 8 years employee when they like to promote from within?) Felt like a bait and switch.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at City Wide Facility Solutions (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2025
Interview
it's a 3 stage interview process. There is a video interview with the recruiter, then they have you do an assessment, then you have an interview with a VP. Then after all that they ghost you. If a candidate has gone through all that a simple email letting them know they are going in another direction is the least they can do. Even after contacting recruiter by email 2 times no response. Also, the pay they advertised not what it actually was.
