A very quick, effective and efiencent interview over the seasonal pool management position. Mainly ask question regarding finances, handling patrons and pool operations. Due to Covid the interview was on zoom call over the internet

Interview
The interview was an in person, panel interview. Each person asked a different question. The questions were very standard questions like biggest strengths, weaknesses as well as more specific questions. They allowed time to ask questions.
