Very easy interview. Took maybe 20 minutes where I met with the head cooks and they explained to position, and asked me several job related questions. Both chefs were and still are very kind and supportive. I did not have and experience as a chef in a restaurant, however, I was trained and taught how to cook many fancy dishes, how to properly use various knives and many other useful skills. It's a great environment with great coworkers and excellent management. I would highly recommend a job here as a college student.
