There were total of 3 interview rounds. First was with the head of HR and subsequently with desk manager and finally global desk head. Questions mainly assesses character and grit to work under high stress environment and handling rejection.

Tell me about a situation when you amicably resolve a heated argument
Behavioural questions and motivational questions. i.e. what do you know about Clarksons, why do you want to be a shipbroker ect. And before that it was a pre-recorded interview with four questions.

I applied for a position at a brunch office. Applicants have to wait for a long time for reply because they have no professional HR manager here in brunch office. I was directly interviewed by managers of my department. Managers are experts in this field, so be sure to respect them and be completely transparent as they are HIGHLY SKILLED in making conversations and can spot any dishonesty at once. The interview lasted about 25 minutes. The process is relaxing and casual, as if we were having a chat during coffee break. They didn't pressurize me too much, but they got all information they needed through questions. Interviewers value the ability and willingness to learn new things, so you are required to be proactive. Overall, I consider the interview has average difficulty for graduates with no working experience.
