I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Classy, Inc in Oct 2015
Interview
The process was thorough, and efficient. I appreciated not having to wait days and weeks and months to move from stage to stage throughout the interview cycle. I applied via the employee referral process, received an initial screening call from HR, then had subsequent calls with HR, as well as various team members. HR was ALWAYS willing to answer questions, address concerns, and keep me updated on the process.

Interview
Applied through the career portal and got an email from a recruiter after a few days. I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, a second interview with the manager of the department, and a final Skype interview with three of the account managers. Everyone was great. Not too hard of an interview either. No "gotcha" questions.
