The recruiter reached out to me via email to set up a phone interview. At this point, I had interviewed with a few other places and was really excited for this one - but the recruiter either seemed sick, tired, or just unenthused (very different experience compared to other interviews I've had which was disappointing). I did not make it to the next round, the automated email mentioned moving in a different direction with the role.
