I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Clayton Early Learning (Denver, CO) in May 2022
Interview
I submitted my application, and was contacted by the Director through LinkedIn. The interview was a few days later, and went well. I never heard back, even after sending a follow-up thank you letter.
Not replying to candidates who take their time to prepare, research, and interview is totally unprofessional. They were desperate for someone to start as soon as possible, and never followed up. This is a direct reflection of them not being able to retain or hire staff.
3 parts. Everyone goes around & takes turns with asking questions. They give you time at the end to ask questions. One interview with hr the next two are via zoom with 5 panel administrators team.

I applied online. I interviewed at Clayton Early Learning (Denver, CO) in Aug 2017
Interview
Received email and set up a phone screen. Then a face to face which included HR, Recruiting and then the hiring leader. This was first round of interviews and they planned to bring back finalists for another round.

Question 1
Typical situational from HR and the Recruiter. Mostly the hiring leader just talked and did not really ask questions. The Hiring leader was defensive and seemed to be upset with questions asking about the level of turn over. Seems strange the amount of turn over and I did not follow up. I am rating the interview difficult due to the behavior exhibited by the hiring leader.
