Flew down interviewed with CEO and Pres of company. Had lunch visited several project sites. Met with staff in cluding opps VP's and CFO. Overall good company but too regionally focused with no real resources in the Chicago area. Decided to decline further interviewing as they seemed to be a start up with no business plan or real focus on where they want to go in the next 5 years.
