Stupid really. The guys doing the interview were arrogant, and thought they knew everything about Solids Control. They asked the wrong questions, for example they never asked me about how mechanically inclined I am. But my understanding is all the people in charge have since been shown the door after a number of years of screwing up out in the Rock Springs, Wy area.
