Phone screen ,safety questions. Provide a history of previous work experience, ethics questions , important safety rules . Then a phone interview was scheduled that lasted a half hour. Then we had an in person interview at the branch

What action would you take if you saw a coworker performing work in an unsafe manner
The interview was brief and to the point. I had a short phone screen with the insite client contact and a month or so later I had an on-site interview. Shortly thereafter I was offered the position.

Short and very easy - too easy. One on one interview with the branch manager at branch location
Given job on the spot after 15 minutes
Then it took 2 months till even started my OSHA training
This included:
- a DOT medical exam
- background check
- drug test
- physical aptitude test
