Very straightforward process. First step is a phone screening. I was asked basic questions about what I knew about the company and my past work history. Afterwards, I had two rounds of in person interviews. Met with 5 or 6 people from the team, including the CEO. Went over my resume in more detail, learned about what the position would specifically entail, and had plenty of time to ask any questions I had. Overall, very well put together process.

Nothing too out of the ordinary. Be prepared to know what the company does, and have some familiarity with the different sectors they do training for. Understand why your work experience would make you an ideal candidate for the position you are applying for.
