After almost two weeks of communication with an external recruiter they contracted for the Mid-Level backend software engineer role I was forwarded to their internal recruiter and given a technical test, I completed the test in a timely manner after it took me two hours to complete and notified the recruiter about the completion of it via email. I hadn't heard anything from them (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the assignment) for a couple days (I guess that's standard in today's interview atmosphere) and I followed up with a call with the recruiter and still nothing. All in all one of the worst interview processes I've been In, highly unprofessional behaviour and i sincerely hope no one else gets ghosted by this recruiter or company.
