Comically bad. I applied and received the most in personalized message of rejection — at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. They say they are a software company trying to improve public communication yet their own communication is clearly terrible. No company messages candidates at 7:30 on a Sunday, that is such more thinking and customer service overall experience.

Interview
The process moved quickly. I went through 5 rounds- Initial screening, hiring manager, two team members, one team member, and the director. I do think it could have been condensed into three interviews instead of five. The entire process took about three weeks. I was not given feedback after not getting an offer, which was disappointing.

Interview
Red flags were clear from the start of the interview process. Young impressionable engineers who lack seasoning, experience, and pragmatic mentoring. Met several nice folks who really overestimate the complexity of what they offer, it felt like the whole operation could be implemented and managed by three experienced sr. engineers. Thought the work would get boring quickly.
