There were three rounds. 1st Round: Quick phone screen with a director over resume, 2nd Round: Case Study Assignment, 3rd Round: Interview with managers. Got invited to the case study round the same evening after the phone screening. Submitted the analysis case studies 2 days later but things moved super slow from here on. Was promised an update 2 weeks after submission upon follow up but the director did not kept her promise and only reverted after another 2 weeks passed, saying managers in CC will arrange for the final round. Managers went silent for 1 more week until I followed up again requesting for the interview arrangement. Received verbal offer via phone 2 weeks later.
Role was advertised as a full time job but was asked in the managers' interview round if I would be ok with a contract role. I said I would prefer a permanent role but was offered a contract role in the end as they say they couldn't fully assess my skills/potential for future higher role (which I was not aware I'm assessed upon). Verbally accepted it assuming it to be a fixed term contract of employment but realized it was a freelance contract of service instead when I received the document. Any risk could be mitigated with a probational period but apparently they don't consider that a possibility.
Worst interview experience ever with a serious lack of professionalism at the company's side with very delayed responses and also apparent lack of communication within their own people too.
