Interview at the Hard Rock Hotel. Two stages, one with line manager and HR, then with GM. The first interview was a 30min chat via Teams where I was mainly asked scripted questions and they were taking notes. I felt that the questions were too easy for a management role, I could not believe it. I would have digged down a bit more into the details before giving a department to a stranger but hey ho I got the job.
