Interview
When I was in interviewed it was quite clear to me that the interviewer wanted a male not a female. She even told me that she might have other jobs available for me, as the work was physical.
I knew I didn’t get the job after she said the remark. My opion, I was discriminated because I was a female.
I have passed all my qualifications to work on track, and I have worked on the railway before, so there was no other reason being female I wasn’t successful.
The Irish woman who interviewed me ,didn’t know anything about the track. She didn’t even know the maximum weight you could lift.
I asked her if my friend had his interview James. She said the elderly chap.He was only in his early 50’s.I wouldn’t be surprised if he was discriminated because of his age.
I’m glad that I have found what your company is like. One word for your company DICRIMINATION.
You should make it clear to cat safety you don’t want females to work for your company
