It was very easy and open more of just a conversation then anything. They went off my resume so be ready to talk about anything that is on the resume and be able to explain it in more of a broad way. It was very laid back and easy interview.

Interview
It was a long process. I went in thinking I was being interviewed by the decision maker; However, they had all management come in to do a mini interview. It was nearly 2 hr. long. After this was completed, they tell you they will get together and discuss what all their thoughts were. Then in a week or two someone will be in touch with you if they feel as if you will be a good match with the company and if they decide to make an offer they will have you come in to present the offer to you in person
