Applied online, sent them my CV and covering letter. They called me and invited me for an interview. The interview started with a coding test in a prepared IDE with a set of solutions that needed fixing. After that they questioned me about my experiences on my previous projects.

Some 3D vector math questions that now I cringe I couldn't handle in those days.

Interview
I applied online. Next were two phone interviews with typical questions about skills, previous work, responsibilities, solved problems. No technical questions at this stage. Then after a week an on-site interview with a few programming tasks and once again general chat about things mentioned in CV.
The overall atmosphere were relaxed and friendly.
