Interview
Very easy interview, almost no technical questions. Only have a phone talk with director of programming department and a Skype interview with my manager. The process took only about one week.
2 rounds of interview. The first round is more about technical questions and statistical knowledge checking. The onsite one is more about talking with seniors. All interviewers are nice and overall it's a really pleasant experience.

Phone interview with 4 directors and 30 mins for each. 2 weeks later, another phone interview with my future supervisor, and the next day got the offer. All the interviewers are polite and professional, and I got detailed and insightful answers from all of them regarding to my questions.
