Face-to-face interview includes a proof-reading/writing exercise at the beginning. HR manager is leading the questioning session which is quite rare from my experience. The whole process feels like a police interrogation and many personal questions have been asked. The HR manager and marketing manager do not have any knowledge of the industry outside the products they sell. A few questions they asked are quite inappropriate because of the trade secrets (though the company I work for is not a competitor). I would suggest CliniMed to use the marketing team to conduct the interview session. Also, the proof-reading exercise is so old-fashioned. Creativity and relationship-building are far more important to be tested on at this level.
The general feeling when I walked in, people seem to be quite old fashioned and they are not happy to be there at all. When I walked through the corridor with a smile, no one else seem to smile back. I felt sorry for these poor people who seems to stuck in their role.
