I applied online. I interviewed at CloudKettle (Halifax, NS)
Interview
Pros: I recently interviewed with the team and had a fantastic experience. Sab, the team lead who conducted the interview, made the entire process feel more like a genuine conversation than a standard Q&A.
I really loved the approach—instead of the typical high-pressure environment, the focus was on making me feel relaxed. This was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to bring out my creative self and share authentic ideas, rather than just performing under stress. It’s clear they value who you are as a person and a thinker.
Cons: Nothing specific to mention; the process was smooth and professional.
The initial interview was well done, with the HM and HR on call. I had a second interview, which got rescheduled multiple times, in addition the entire tone seemed to not determine fit or suitability but to find "gotcha " opportunities to not find fit. They missed the date in which they were to respond to me. Have now reposted multiple times.

Interview
I had a disappointing interview experience with CloudKettle for a Salesforce Developer position. The process felt disorganized, with poor communication and unrealistic technical expectations. The interviewers seemed disengaged, and there was no follow-up or feedback after multiple rounds. Overall, it didn’t reflect the professionalism I expected from a company of their stature.
