Very long recruitment process. They say that it's because they hire remote and they analyse every candidate, but during all recruitment process I feel that they lack organisation skills. The process took 2 months. I arrived till the last interview and when I done it, after 3 weeks they came back to me with a negative reply. But they haven't provided feedback why I was not chosen. When I asked to provide the feedback, they never back to me. Very unprofessional.
