The process moved through four clear stages: an initial recruiter screen with Effie (Talent Acquisition), followed by a hiring manager conversation with TomĂĄĹĄ Varga, then a panel interview with TomĂĄĹĄ, David Cacik, and Effie that included a case study presentation, and finally an informal office visit with Matthew Pellegrini from the Toronto AE team. Overall the process was well-structured and moved at a reasonable pace. Feedback between stages was communicated promptly, and the recruiter maintained consistent and personal communication throughout â including direct WhatsApp follow-ups which added a human touch not common in most hiring processes.
