the whole process was very easy, 3 rounds including with the founders. All approachable and easy to chat with and the process was very fast to get to an offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clustermarket in Apr 2023
Interview
- 1:1 with Co-founder - 2:1 with Co-founder and Sales exec - 1:1 with Co-founder The process moved very quickly and all three were done in 2 weeks. I was communicated with very well and very quickly at each stage. The interviews were more difficult than the one before it. The final interview was quite competency based. It's been over two weeks since my final interview even though expectations were set that I would be hearing about next steps the following day. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth that I can spend 2.5 hours across 3 interviews and not even be told that I hadn't got the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clustermarket (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Met with the CEO/Co-Founders of the company. Relaxed atmosphere and lots of laughing, which made it feel comfortable. They described the person and description of the job they were looking for.
