Clutter Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

They start by sending you a case study to see how well advance you are in transportation. Which was odd seeing how you simply needed to know your cardinal directionss

First arrived and was ignored/given no eye contact by the person i was interviewing with as security asked him if they could send me up to the office. Interviewed with a care leader first. He was very condescending and was essentially trying to intimidate me from the get-go. Started twisting my words after literally the first question. Met with a second woman who actually answered questions about the company and was much more relaxed. Seems like the first guy formed a very strong opinion about me before even having the chance to sit down and talk with me. Was really uncomfortable the whole time. I didn’t even get to meet with the person I was scheduled to meet with, on top of having to sit for thirty minutes after we were done talking because he “forgot” to mention to the second interviewer that I could leave. Even mentioned high turnover rate, which was a bad sign for me.
