I interviewed for a role at CoLab Software recently. The people I spoke with were genuinely friendly, but unfortunately, the candidate experience behind the scenes told a different story.
The feedback shared verbally didn't align with what came through in writing - mixed signals that made it hard to know where things actually stood.
A lack of leadership experience showed early - the depth of the initial conversations didn't match the level of the role.
I genuinely wish them well, but if you're evaluating an opportunity here, go in with realistic expectations about the process.
And while I'm sure your recruiters' LinkedIn posts are well-intentioned and aim to help job seekers, the way they present your brand feels off.
