Had multiple phone screens, an at home assignment and a 3.5 hour long interview. The process took months and felt like a brain dump. Post interview I was contacted by the recruiter to ask about my salary requirements, after that I never heard anything from the company. The recruiter couldn't be bothered to respond to my inquiry as to whether or not I was still being considered for the position.
